Red Carpet Runway Pet Adoption
The Haven for Animals will present its annual RED CARPET RUNWAY DOG PET ADOPTION EVENT at the Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival on Saturday, March 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m (weather permitting). The exciting event will be held in the parking lot of Greer’s Fairhope Market, 75 S. Section St, in downtown Fairhope. Available adoptable dogs will grandly parade down the red carpet, while an emcee highlights each dog.
In addition, there will be face painting for the kids, pet care resources and live dog training demonstrations. In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, The Haven will be holding “Adopt Your Lucky Charm” where all dogs aged one year and up are just $4! Staff and volunteers from The Haven will be available to discuss the dogs, as well as the cats available for adoption at the shelter, and to help you with your adoption.
The Haven’s dog adoption package includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormer, flea/tick/heartworm preventative, microchip, heartworm test, and heartworm treatment if positive. Adopters will also receive a free bag of Hill’s Science Diet and coupons from area businesses. They are healthy, smiling, and ready to meet you!
