🏥 Pet Care
From feral cats to spay & neuter programs, these resources are here to help you care for your pet without breaking the bank.
💉 Trap, Vet, Neuter, & Return

The Haven’s Fix’n Ferals program offers a humane, community-focused solution to managing feral cat populations in our area. We provide customers with a humane trap to safely capture feral cats, which are then transported to a designated vet clinic for a scheduled Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) appointment. Each cat is spayed or neutered, vaccinated with FVRCP and a one-year rabies vaccine, and has one ear tipped: a painless procedure performed under anesthesia that serves as a universal sign the cat has already been sterilized and vaccinated. It is a compassionate, proven approach that improves the lives of outdoor cats while helping reduce overpopulation across our community.

✂️ Spay & Neuter Services

The Haven’s Project PAWS (Pet Alteration & Wellness Services) offers affordable, low-cost spay and neuter surgeries for dogs and cats, along with rabies vaccinations for pets 12 weeks and older. Female dog spays start at $150, male dog neuters at $105, female cat spays at $125, and male cat neuters at just $75 — making responsible pet ownership accessible to every family in our community. By keeping spay and neuter services affordable, Project PAWS helps pets stay with the families who love them while reducing pet overpopulation across Baldwin County.

🍖 Pet Food Pantry
Luke’s Pet Pantry, in partnership with The Haven No-Kill Animal Shelter and NextHome Gulf Coast Living, provides free pet food and supplies to local pet owners in need — no questions asked. Located at the NextHome Gulf Coast Living office at 19605 S Greeno Road in Fairhope, Alabama, the pantry exists for one simple reason: to help families facing temporary hardship keep their pets fed and in their homes. By removing the financial barrier of pet food, Luke’s Pet Pantry plays a vital role in preventing unnecessary surrenders and keeping pets where they belong — with the people who love them. Donations of pet food are always welcome at the office location.
