Looking for a simple, joyful way to support homeless pets in our community? Join The Haven, the City of Daphne Animal Shelter, and our friends at Running Wild for a special Fetch a Friend: Walk & Adopt event in Downtown Fairhope!
On Friday, January 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., we’re inviting animal lovers of all ages to come out, enjoy the day, and help shelter dogs stretch their legs, meet new people, and maybe even find their forever homes.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Walk friendly, adoptable shelter dogs through downtown
• Meet pets currently looking for loving homes
• Learn more about adoption, fostering, and how to get involved
• Support lifesaving work in a fun, relaxed setting
The event takes place at Running Wild, located at 72 South Section Street, Fairhope, AL, and best of all—it’s a free community event.
Whether you’re ready to adopt, thinking about fostering, or simply want to spend some quality time with amazing dogs who could use a little extra love, this event is a wonderful way to make a difference. Every walk helps socialize our shelter pets, increases their visibility, and brings them one step closer to a second chance.
